Hello beautiful soul
My name is Myriam. I am a movement teacher with a background in Pilates, yoga, and somatic practices, as well as Reiki practicioner. Through the last 10 years my practice has been influenced from different kind of movements and teachers all around the world, like Meghan Curry, Patrick Beach and Simon Row.
My path into movement started from a desire to understand the body beyond shapes and performance — to explore how movement can support wellbeing, clarity, and resilience in everyday life.
Over the years, I have worked with many different bodies, stories, and needs. What I’ve learned is that there is no single “right” way to move. There is only the ongoing relationship we build with our own body — and that relationship changes over time.
I don’t teach movement as something to conquer or perfect.
I teach it as a dialogue.
A dialogue between strength and softness, effort and rest, structure and freedom.
Somatic awareness is at the heart of my work. It allows us to sense more, force less, and move from a place of choice rather than habit.
It gives me so much joy and motivates me to share my passion with other people. To see you connect with your breath, body and mind. To find calmness and positive energy on and off the mat. To tap into your light, spread gratitude and joy wherever you go.
Hopefully we’ll get the opportunity to meet and share a sweet practice together.
