My name is Myriam. I’m a certified Yoga and Pilates teacher as well as Reiki practicioner. Through the years my practice has been influenced from different kind of movements and teachers all around the world.
I followed a study of Mat Pailtes, traditional Ashtanga and Yin yoga. I now do practice and teach Ashtanga as well as creative styles of Vinyasa, Yin yoga and Pilates. I love to learn and explore my own range of motion, my mental state while moving and resting. As a student and teacher i’m always exploring the body and ways to move.
I believe that different kind of mindfulnes practices, movements and the power of Reiki are a beautiful, gentle and yet powerful form of energy healing that will re-balance your body, mind and emotions.
It gives me so much joy and motivates me to share my passion for Yoga and movements with other people. To see you connect with your breath, body and mind. To find calmness and positive energy on and off the mat. To tap into your light, spread gratitude and joy wherever you go.

Sports and movement have always been a big part of my life. At the age of 5 I started practicing Ballet dancing and Tennis.
Years later, during my studies in 2008 I discovered Pilates as THE solution for my lower back problems. In 2014 I experienced Yoga and commited myself to a regular practice. I fell in love with different types of movements and sports that made my body and mind feel good!
When I’m not on my mat you can find me running, biking, surfing, motor riding, following Crossfit classes or going hiking.
Besides my job as a Translator and Blogger, I made my hobby my profession and started working as a Yoga and Pilates teacher.
With more than 8 years of teaching experience, I had the opportunity to work together with some beautiful teachers and student all around the world.
I love to share my practice with you and help you grow into your sweetest version of yourself.
