Corporate Yoga can be offered as:
- a 20-30 min workshop. This workshop can take place behind the desk and includes mindfulness practice, breathing techniques and soft stretches
- a 30-45 min Yin yoga class. This class takes place on the mat and includes mindful and slow movements, that will leave you relaxed, calm and focused.
